By creating an account on Phylex Careers you agree to these terms and to the linked Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't register.

Phylex Careers is operated under the Phylex branding by ISPLABS LIMITED, Company number 16958848, registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact: help@phylex.net.

Phylex Careers is an application, contractor operations, payroll-support, and payout coordination portal. It is not a consumer hosting control panel and it does not create employment unless a separate written contract says so.

You're responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and any session token issued from them. Enable 2FA on the security page if your role involves payouts.

We can suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform, attempt to defraud us, or violate the law. Specific reasons are written into the audit log and shared with the affected user in chat.

Phylex Careers is the internal payout portal for Phylex contractors and volunteers. Payouts are manual operations performed by named finance operators on the rail you choose.

Amounts can be recorded in USD, EUR, GBP, or another supported currency. Where a conversion is shown, the displayed rate is informational until you confirm the action, and may refresh every 30 seconds.

Network fees on crypto withdrawals are passed through at cost. Phylex does not deduct platform fees from payouts.

Phylex is not a money transmitter. Withdrawals settle off-platform through the rail you specified.

Sensitive payment data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Reveal of those fields is gated by a written reason and logged.

We do not sell, share, or resell personal data with third parties for advertising. Detailed handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Don't attempt to bypass authentication, scrape data, or interfere with other users' accounts. Submitting applications under false identity is a basis for suspension.

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, users are independent contractors or applicants. You are responsible for local tax, reporting, and compliance obligations connected to compensation received through or outside this portal.

We may request additional information before approving payouts where fraud, sanctions, chargeback, or compliance risk is suspected.

These portal terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply in your country of residence.

You can close your account from the security page; any pending payouts complete, then access is revoked and stored sensitive data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

We post material changes to these terms via in-portal banners at least 14 days before they take effect.
