Approved paid-track workers get a USD salary account. Each payroll cycle credits it. You request a withdrawal, finance executes it manually on the rail you chose, attaches a receipt, and the request closes. No payroll cycle has ever been missed.
Internal balance is held value inside Phylex. You can move salary money in zero-fee, and spend it on any Phylex Hosting service — VPS, dedicated, CDN. You can also move it out back to salary and withdraw externally. Volunteers receive an internal balance only.
Salary ↔ internal transfers are instant and free. Each transfer writes two balancing ledger entries so reconciliation is automatic.
Add bank, card, BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC/ERC), TON. Each template defines which fields are encrypted at rest. Reveal is gated by a written reason and recorded in your audit log.
Submit → funds held immediately → finance approves → marks processing → marks paid with a receipt URL or file. Cancel anytime before approval and the hold is released.
